The buffet breakfast included excellent options. I particularly loved the scrambled eggs, roasted herby plum tomatoes, and roasted zucchini. The celery salt was a nice touch, so I will buy it for home. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels were generous and fluffy with a heated towel rail.
The downstairs bar was not very cute. Staff ignored us when we wanted an early drink one evening. Cleaning staff knocked violently before trying to enter our room when we were getting ready. She did not know if the room was cleaned already. This felt lacking in good service.

I chose this hotel based on positive reviews and good value. The hotel has a modern, hip vibe i found quite attractive. The staff was probably the nicest I've ever seen, super helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. The hotel is accessible via metro and bus so its location is not a problem.
I found no coffee in my room and the lighting very dark, even with all the lights on. Still I loved it.

Staff members were helpful and spoke several languages, a huge plus. Reception offered quick assistance with directions. The bar service was efficient, ensuring minimal wait times for drinks.

i found the hotel stylish, it creates a lively and colorful atmosphere. the reception staff was friendly, this. everything felt well kept, it was cute.
i experienced an inconvenient issue with external noise affecting my sleep. the surrounding area was quite loud, this made it difficult to relax properly. better soundproofing could improve the overall experience.

i enjoyed the pillows alot and i would buy them if i could. the bed was the best hotel bed i have ever slept in. the shower had great water pressure and loads of hot water, which i liked. towels was generous and fluffy with a heated towel rail, it was good.
the downstairs bar don't seem very cute, not nice. one evening me and my husband wanted an early drink but the staff ignored us. the reception staff weren't always very friendly, disappointing. on arrival, they don't know we had already paid for our room so they almost charged us a huge amount onto our card for the room and deposit.

the breakfast had plenty variety. it was good too. the location worked, public transport was easy to reach from there. i think the bed was very comfortable and i slept well.
the bar downstairs didn't seem cute. one evening i want a drink early. the staff ignore me. the cleaning staff tried to come into my room. she knocked before opening the door when i was getting ready.
